You are redesigning Google's real performance review process for one country. For each feature, decide whether to keep, change, or remove it — and give a reason. Keep what travels well; change what doesn't. Localisation and standardisation are both real pressures, so there is no fixed number to hit.

What is GLOBE?
GLOBE (House et al., 2004) is a 62-society study of culture and leadership — about 17,300 managers. You met its leadership findings in Session 2; these are its culture scores.
It rates each society on nine dimensions, measured two ways:
"As Is" (practices) — how people say their society actually works. That is what is shown here, on a 1–7 scale.
"Should Be" (values) — how they think it ought to work. Often very different from the practices.
Two cautions. These are country averages, so any individual can differ (the ecological fallacy). And GLOBE can disagree with Hofstede — on Power Distance these three societies score close together, unlike the Hofstede gap you saw. Treat a score as a question to ask, not an answer.
