Five AI proposals are on your desk. Each promises something real. Decide what the firm should actually do. Your answers stay on this device.

- Each proposal has a real upside — that is why someone proposed it. For each one, write its key benefit(s) and its key risk(s).
- Then decide. For "adopt with safeguards", name the one protection you would require first.
- Be ready to say which proposal split your group most, and why.
- Adopt — use it as proposed.
- Adopt with safeguards — use it, but only after one named change or protection.
- Reject — do not use it as proposed.
